We appreciate your trust in NovaImage AI (also referred to as "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). If your experience falls short of expectations, this refund policy explains how we handle refund requests for our AI image generation, image editing, prompt generation, image upscaling, and video generation services.

Refund Request Period

Customers may request a refund within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Credits consumed between purchase and the refund request must remain within 10% of the total credits granted for that purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to hi@novaimage.ai.
  • Please include the email address used for purchase and a brief explanation of the refund request.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

  1. We will review it within 5 business days.
  2. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the amount of remaining unused credits.
  3. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
